GAUSS Committee Meeting at ILA-33

The GAUSS (Global AUgmentation of Satellite Systems) Standardisation Group meets at each Convention and Technical Symposium. Chairman and Moderator Gerard Offermans leads the group. (As anyone who has attended an ILA session can attest, these gentlemen are far more jovial than they appear in these hard-working sessions!)
