Mr. Bond has strongly presented the case for multi-system navigational services at the Air Traffic Control Association, ICAO, and in other forums large and small. His knowledge of government agencies and people has made him an effective advocate; his interest in the continuation of loran derives from a genuine belief that safety and utility are better served when alternative or backup systems are in place.
